The Venue is stunning, endless choices for pictures and food is fantastic. It was perfect for our day and all our guests loved it. Both Hospitium staff and Bradshaws made our day with every need and more catered for. Highly recommended for one of the best days of your life.
York Venues
The main event of the year was the reopening of the Hospitium in Museum Gardens as York Museums Trust’s main venue for hospitality. It has been a great success for weddings and conferences and won the Visit York Best Conference Business of the Year 2009 award. The design was the work of architects Gelder Harvey and involved introducing running water and toilets into the building for the first time in its long history. We also moved the centrally placed stairwell and created a kitchen bringing the building up to 21st century standards. We are grateful for the help City of York Council gave us to make this project happen. The continuing business created is an important part of the long term sustainability of York Museums Trust.
